Man Assaulted in Inverness

Police Scotland is appealing for information after a man was assaulted in Inverness in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday 6 December).

The 32-year-old man was walking in Bank Lane from the direction of Jonny Foxes at around 12.30am when he approached by a man and assaulted. 

The victim suffered serious facial injuries.

Anyone with any information that may be useful should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting NN30979/17 or speak to any police officer.

Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
