Ducati has marked a dominant season in motorsport by unveiling the Panigale V4 Márquez 2025 World Champion Replica at its Borgo Panigale factory in Italy on 19 December 2025.
The limited edition machine celebrates Marc Márquez delivering Ducati its fourth consecutive MotoGP Riders’ title and the fifth in the company’s history.
Just 293 examples of the replica will be produced, each numbered and signed, instantly placing it in collector territory rather than everyday superbike ownership.
The unveiling came during a rare celebration inside the factory itself, as Ducati brought its riders from MotoGP, Superbike, and Motocross together to thank the people who build the bikes day in and day out.
For a few hours, the industrial heart of Borgo Panigale became something closer to a race paddock, with riders parading their machines through the factory to cheers from staff.

Márquez was joined by Francesco Bagnaia, Álex Márquez, Fermín Aldeguer, Fabio Di Giannantonio, Nicolò Bulega, Michele Pirro, Tony Cairoli, Alessandro Lupino, Jeremy Seewer, and rising motocross talents Ferruccio Zanchi and Simone Mancini.
The centrepiece of the day was the Panigale V4 Márquez 2025 World Champion Replica, a machine designed to blur the line between MotoGP inspiration and road legal reality.
Based on the Panigale V4 S, the replica is lighter and more powerful, delivering 218.5 horsepower thanks to a dedicated engine calibration and a homologated Akrapovič exhaust system.

Carbon fibre wheels reduce rotational mass and sharpen agility, while aerodynamic sidepods derived directly from Ducati’s MotoGP programme generate ground effect at high lean angles.
Braking performance mirrors Ducati’s racing ambitions, with a Front Brake Pro+ system featuring Brembo T Drive discs and GP4 Sport Production calipers developed from Superbike competition.
A dry clutch, billet aluminium footpegs, GPS module, Alcantara seat, racing screen, and bespoke dashboard animation complete a specification that reads like a race engineer’s Christmas letter.
Each bike is delivered in a personalised wooden crate, complete with certificate of authenticity, dedicated cover, and engraved components marking its place in the 293 strong production run.
Future owners will also be offered a once in a lifetime moment, with the chance to meet Márquez in person during a 2026 MotoGP round or at World Ducati Week.
Beyond the hardware, the launch was a reminder of Ducati’s identity, with racing success framed as a collective achievement rooted in the factory where every red machine begins life.
It was a celebration not just of titles and technology, but of continuity, loyalty, and a brand that knows exactly how to turn sporting success into pure desire.
For anyone wondering what the ultimate festive fantasy looks like on two wheels, Ducati has already wrapped it up and painted it red.
