Bike Fest is a local event in Moray aimed at encouraging people to get back to cycling, or to start cycling more frequently and confidently.

After the success of last year’s events, Bike Fest will return for its second year in 2024.

A variety of activities will be on offer from an obstacle course, yoga sessions, E-bike taster sessions, local cycling and walking information, and much more.

Moray Council’s Active Travel team, in partnership with Cycling UK, Outfit Moray, TyredNCrankey, TSI, Police Scotland, and the Vibe Movement, are hosting the events all over Moray.

Bike Fest will take place on Sundays throughout the year, from 12-3pm starting in Dufftown on 9 June:

  • 9 June: Mortlach Playing Fields, Dufftown
  • 23 June: Ian Johnston Park, Buckie
  • 25 August: Alice Littler Park, Aberlour
  • 22 September: Station Park, Lossiemouth

No registration is needed and all activities are free of charge.

You can find out more by emailing activetravel@moray.gov.uk
