Nominations for the Ward 7 – Elgin City South by-election, to be held on Thursday 7 November, closed at 4pm on 7.10.24.
Following the close of nominations the four candidates standing have been confirmed as:
Neil Alexander (Scottish Liberal Democrats)
Elaine Kirby (Scottish Conservative and Unionist)
Catriona McBain (Scottish Labour)
Laura Mitchell (Scottish National Party)
