Police Scotland is appealing for help to find 36 year old Michal Jurkowski, who has been reported missing on the Isle of Mull.

Michal was last seen at around 9pm on Thursday 24 September at Catchean Campsite in the Fionnphort area, with officers saying they are growing concerned for his welfare.

Police have now asked people on Mull, including residents and visitors, to keep an eye out for him and report any information which could help establish where he is.

Michal is described as around 5ft 8in tall, with long blonde hair and a beard.

He also has distinctive tattoos on his neck which could help people recognise him.

When he was last seen, Michal was wearing a black anorak style jacket, light grey jogging bottoms, a black and white woollen hat and white trainers.

Inspector Andrew Barron said:

“We are growing concerned for Michal’s welfare and our enquiries are ongoing to trace him.

“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen Michal or has any information on his whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible.”

Anyone who believes they may have seen Michal, or who has information which could help officers trace him, should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 1670 of 25 September 2026.
