Erskine Veterans Charity will host its 2026 Spey Valley Golf Day on 3 September, bringing businesses together in Aviemore to support veterans while marking a major anniversary year.
The event will take place at the Spey Valley Championship Course in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, offering a setting that combines corporate hospitality with a clear charitable purpose.
Teams from across Scotland are being invited to take part in a day designed to balance networking, staff engagement and fundraising in support of veterans and their families.
Each team of four will take part in 18 holes on the Championship Course, with a shotgun start ensuring a shared experience across the field.
The day will begin with breakfast rolls and refreshments before moving into the main event, followed by a drinks reception, prize giving, raffle and silent auction.
The evening will conclude with a full course meal and wine at the Spey Valley Hotel and Spa, overlooking the course and surrounding landscape.
For those not taking part in the golf itself, separate spa packages are available, allowing wider participation in the day.
Businesses also have the option to take part in the Sponsor a Hole initiative, offering brand visibility throughout the course during the event.
The golf day forms part of Erskine’s 110th anniversary programme, marking more than a century of support for veterans across Scotland.
Founded in 1916, the charity now supports over 1,200 veterans each year through its care homes, supported housing and activity services.
Michael Parkes, Erskine’s Fundraising and Development Manager North, said the event comes at a key moment for the organisation.
“Spey Valley is a truly outstanding Championship Course and provides the perfect setting for our Golf Day.
“As we celebrate Erskine’s 110th anniversary, the support of businesses across Scotland is more important than ever.
“Every team that takes part helps us continue delivering life-changing and life-saving support for veterans and their families throughout Scotland.”
The event is positioned as more than a day on the course, offering businesses a chance to support a long established charity while engaging clients and teams in a setting that reflects the scale of the occasion.
In the Cairngorms, where landscape and experience carry equal weight, the combination of sport, hospitality and purpose creates a day that is expected to draw strong interest.
As Erskine marks 110 years, the focus remains firmly on the future, with events like this helping to sustain and grow the support provided to veterans across the country.
