- Long Island Iced Tea
To recreate this sparkling cocktail for best at-home enjoyment, we have combined Flor de Caña 4 year old white rum with vodka, gin, tequila, triple sec, sugar syrup, organic citric acid, lemon bitters and cola reduction!
Finish with soda water to bring all those busy flavours together into this fresh, flavoursome, but fierce cocktail!
24.2% ABV.
- Smoked Banana Colada
Flor de Caña 4 year old white rum provides the punch and – when combined with coconut rum, single cream, banana syrup, coconut syrup and smoky Scotch whisky – this really does take the classic Pina Colada to another level! Garnish with some pineapple leaves if you’ve got any going spare.
13.7% ABV. Contains milk and coconut.
- Pineapple & Jalapeno Mai Tai
Our spicy spin on the classic cocktail that single-handedly depleted global rum stocks in the 40s and 50s! Flor de Caña 7 Gran Reserva Rum is the star of the show, accompanied by triple sec, jalapeno syrup, orgeat, organic citric acid and pineapple juice.
This is a short, strong, fiery cocktail that is positively bursting with flavour. Garnish with a lime wheel or some pineapple leaves if you happen to have any lying around!
15.3% ABV. Contains nuts.
- Popcorn Old Fashioned
Step into Don Draper’s shoes with a MYXD twist on this bold, rich classic.
This fresh take on the Old Fashioned cocktail features Benchmark 8-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, popcorn syrup and fragrant Angostura bitters – taking this Old Fashioned drink in a very modern direction!
Simple in construction yet complex flavour, this is the ultimate movie sipper.
Garnish with a twist of orange if the mood takes you.
26.5% ABV.
- Penicillin
Our twist on a true modern classic sees us blending Benchmark 8-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon with Smokehead peated single malt whisky, ginger and honey syrups, organic citric acid and lemon bitters.
The result is complex and flavourful, leaning to the sour side, that’s finished perfectly with a lime wheel garnish (if you can be bothered).
22.8% ABV. Gluten free.

Grant Murray is an award-winning mixologist, with decades of experience creating stunning cocktails from the finest spirits and mixers.
He loves nothing more than developing new drinks to bring smiles to his customers’ faces.
As well as working in some of the world’s best cocktail bars over the years, he’s won numerous awards and accolades.

- 2009 – After tending bars for a time in Dundee, it was time for a change. Grant headed north to join the Cru Holdings team in Inverness.
- 2014 – Promoted to Multi-Site Manager, Grant took over two of the Highlands’ busiest and most adventurous cocktail bars – helping put Inverness on the mixology map.
- 2015 – The Devil In Me – Grant’s “boozy after-dinner cocktail” – was voted by Martel & Difford’s Guide as one of the top 10 cognac cocktails in the world. Fancy!
- 2016 – Grant travelled to London to compete in the final of the worldwide Cherry Heering Classic competition. He only went and won it too, the swot!
- 2016 – Winning the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Calling competition with The Usual, Grant earned a guest shift at The Dead Rabbit in New York – the world’s best bar!
- 2017 – In an interview with Forbes magazine, Grant discussed creativity in the world of mixology – outlining his process in developing new drinks.
- 2020 – Spurred on by the national lockdown, Grant co-founded MYXD with Scott Murray to bring bar-quality cocktails to people’s homes, gardens and… anywhere, really!
