Five prominent hotels across the Highlands and Islands have been put up for sale, with asking prices ranging from £1.75 million to £6.5 million.
The Alexandra Hotel and Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club in Fort William, Nethybridge Hotel, Royal Hotel in Oban and Ben Wyvis Hotel in Strathpeffer can all be bought individually following the appointment of administrators to Strathmore Hotels Limited.
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to handle the sales by Joint Administrators James Dewar and Alistair McAlinden of Interpath.
The five properties form part of a wider group of eight hotels being marketed across Scotland and the north of England, with buyers able to acquire individual hotels, part portfolios or the complete collection.
The highest priced Highland property is the Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club in Fort William, which is being offered freehold for £6.5 million.
The hotel has 119 bedrooms as well as a swimming pool, function room, bar, restaurant and other leisure facilities.
Also in Fort William, the 93 bedroom Alexandra Hotel is available freehold for £5.75 million and includes The Bistro and Linhe Restaurant.
The Royal Hotel occupies a prominent position in Oban and is being marketed freehold for £4.85 million, with 91 bedrooms alongside food and drink areas and function rooms.
In Strathpeffer, the 92 bedroom Ben Wyvis Hotel sits within five acres of grounds and is available freehold for £3.65 million.
The least expensive of the five is the Nethybridge Hotel, which is being marketed freehold for £1.75 million.
The 70 bedroom hotel includes The Bridge Lounge & Bar, The Abernethy Restaurant and a number of function rooms.
The wider sale also includes the Cairn Hotel in Harrogate for £6 million leasehold, Cumbria Grand Hotel in Grange over Sands for £2.75 million freehold and the Salutation Hotel in Perth for £3.75 million freehold.
Together, the eight hotels provide 808 bedrooms.
