Have You Got Your Tickets Yet for Dornoch Music Festival

Music fans across the Highlands are being encouraged to secure their tickets for the Dornoch Music and Beer Festival as excitement builds ahead of the two day event at Dornoch Meadows Park on the 17th and 18th of July.

With a packed programme of live music already confirmed, organisers say tickets have been selling quickly and are urging people not to leave it too late.

The festival has become one of the Highlands’ most popular summer gatherings, combining live music, craft drinks and a relaxed community atmosphere in the heart of Dornoch.

This year’s programme includes headline performances from Irish favourites The Tumbling Paddies on Friday evening and chart recognised indie band The Hoosiers on Saturday night.

Across the weekend festivalgoers will also see performances from Tide Lines, Scooty and the Skyhooks, Wrest, Brittle, Bad Actress, Glasville, Harleymoon Kemp, Erin Ponsonby, Martin Bannon and Lucy Tay.

Organisers say the event is designed to showcase a wide mix of talent, from established touring acts to emerging performers from Scotland’s thriving music scene.

Fans will be particularly pleased to see Scooty and the Skyhooks returning to the festival after delivering one of the standout performances of last year’s event.

Alongside the music, the festival will once again feature a strong selection of drinks producers and vendors from across Scotland.

Confirmed names so far include Thistly Cross Cider, Black Isle Brewery, Thompson Bros Distillery and Nae Bad Bar, with more food and drink traders expected to be announced.

The event promises a full weekend experience with live music, local drinks, food vendors and activities designed to create a welcoming festival atmosphere for both locals and visitors.

With Mother’s Day falling this Sunday, organisers are also reminding people that festival tickets could make an ideal gift.

Giving tickets offers the promise of a summer weekend filled with music, friends and a lively Highland festival atmosphere.

Tickets for the event currently start from £40 plus booking fee and organisers say demand has been strong following the latest artist announcements.

Last year’s festival sold out, and those planning to attend this summer are being encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.

Further updates and additional announcements are expected as the festival draws closer.
