Environmental Health call for all new food businesses to be registered.
Highland Council’s Environmental Health is aware that during COVID-19 new food businesses have been set up and are advertising via social media.
Highland Council would like to remind anyone who is operating a new or established food business, including those that are operating from a mobile vehicle or home/on-line setting, that they are required by law to register their food business.
