The Highland Council’s Administration are keen to hear from residents and communities across Highland as they develop priorities for the new Council Programme.

Members of the public are invited to view the draft priorities and respond to a survey at: https://forms.office.com/r/zF0pnxkMWq

The survey is open until 11 November.

Leader of the Highland Council, Raymond Bremner said:

“It is really important to hear what matters to local communities, whether it is about housing, rural transport, employment, energy or the local economy.

“We will be setting out our top priorities in December and reviewing these annually.

“I want us to be a listening council which reflects the important issues which matter to local people across Highland.

“We are all in the midst of a financial crisis and know we will have a reducing budget over coming years; so it is even more important than ever to prioritise what we can do as a council to support resilient and sustainable Highland communities.”

Members of the Administration will also be at a number of local locations over the next 2 weeks to chat about the issues which matter to local communities.
