Indian Motorcycle UK has announced a new partnership with The Motoring Organisation aimed at enhancing aftersales support for riders across the country.
The agreement, which took effect on 1 March 2026, introduces an expanded support package covering new and selected used motorcycles purchased through official Indian Motorcycle dealers.
Under the partnership, new owners will receive an enhanced 12 month roadside assistance package designed to provide additional support when riders need help on the road.
The new arrangement also introduces extended warranty options lasting three, four or five years for customers buying new motorcycles.
In addition, selected used motorcycles will now be offered with a 12 month Indian Approved Used Warranty.
The move is intended to give riders greater peace of mind through improved cover and access to specialist support.
Indian Motorcycle UK says the partnership reflects its focus on maintaining strong long term relationships with riders after the initial purchase.
Robert Gregory, District Sales Manager for Indian Motorcycle UK, said the brand wanted support services that matched the pride riders take in their motorcycles.
“Indian Motorcycle stands behind every bike we build with a comprehensive two year warranty.
“But when the unexpected happens whether it is a breakdown or a puncture our riders deserve support that matches the pride they take in their machines.
“Partnering with TMO whose passion for motorcycling deep understanding of our customers and commitment to exceptional service are unmistakable was an easy choice.
“Their team shares our dedication to looking after riders when they need it most.”
The Motoring Organisation brings together specialists from across the motor trade including dealer operations, retail, product development and claims management.
The organisation has won multiple Motor Ombudsman Star Awards for Exceptional Customer Service.
It is also the only warranty provider in the United Kingdom approved by Trading Standards.
Chris Pinkney, Managing Director of The Motoring Organisation, said the partnership will provide riders with strong protection and support.
“Our Aftercare product is all about giving riders real confidence and protection.
“We are genuinely excited to be working with Indian Motorcycle a brand with incredible heritage and a passionate following.
“It is a privilege to support their riders with the level of cover and service they deserve.”
The enhanced roadside assistance package includes home start, onward travel support and unlimited vehicle recoveries within a 200 mile radius during the first year of ownership.
Dealers will also be able to offer extended cover that mirrors the manufacturer warranty already included with new Indian motorcycles.
Gregory said the partnership would also strengthen protection for customers buying pre owned machines.
“Our commitment to our riders does not stop with new motorcycles.
“Selected used models now include a 12 month Indian Approved Used Warranty alongside the same trusted quality checks and roadside assistance that supports every new Indian Motorcycle owner for total peace of mind when purchasing a used Indian Motorcycle.”
Indian Motorcycle says the new partnership is designed to deliver a premium level of aftersales care while ensuring riders receive reliable support throughout their ownership experience.
