A 65-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Inverness businessman John Birrell (Pictured).
Emergency services attended and sadly John Birrell was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident is being treated as a suspicious death following a post mortem examination.
The 65-year-old man is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court today (Wednesday, 19 August, 2020).
