Global travel site Big 7 Travel has officially released The 20 Best Places to Spend New Year’s Eve in the UK.
They have searched for the best street parties and the most impressive fireworks displays to ring in 2024.
The list, which is now in its 4th year, was determined from a combined score of reader suggestions throughout the year, attendance, the variety of events, value for money, the scale, and accessibility.
Inverness was named one of the best places to spend NYE in the UK for its joyful Hogmanay celebrations, traditional live music performances, and family-friendly appeal.
Aberdeen (11th), Glasgow (8th), and Edinburgh (1st) also featured on the list.
