Did you know that Argyll and Bute Council offers a school clothing grant for eligible families?
You may be entitled to a clothing grant of £120 per child when attending Primary School and £150 per child when attending Secondary School.
School clothing grants are available for parents who receive specific benefits.
To qualify for a clothing grant, you must be in receipt of at least one of the following:
- Income Support
- Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
- Income related Employment and Support Allowance
- Council Tax or Housing Benefit
- Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit
- Universal Credit
Clothing grant applications for children due to start school in August 2024 open on 1 July 2024.
