‘Mini Kendals’ hit the road.

The concept is simple.

Take the spirit and essence of Kendal Mountain Festival, and put it on tour.

The result?

Fun, great speakers, carefully curated films, bags of inspiration… and yet more fun.

‘Kendal’ is all about adventure, stories of extreme human endurance, breath-taking environments and adrenaline-fuelled excitement.

This spirit of adventure and exploration is distilled into a series of unique mini-Festivals which hit the road for 40 dates around the UK, starting on 6 February in Nottingham – tour details below.

This is different, Festival Director, Steve Scott says:

“We can’t wait to take Kendal Mountain Festival out on tour again.

“With such entertaining speakers, including some big names, our audiences are in for a treat.

“It’ll be buzzing.

“And with each event featuring giveaways and prize draws, it’s not just inspiration that people will be carrying home!”

Cotswold Outdoor confirmed they will be Presenting Partner of the Kendal Mountain Tour with the two organisations working collaboratively to share adventure stories with new audiences across the UK.

Jose Finch, Managing Director of Cotswold Outdoor, says:

“We are very excited to be partnering with the Kendal Mountain Tour.

“At Cotswold Outdoor, we believe that the outdoors is for everyone and want to inspire people to get outside and discover all it has to offer.

“Our mission is to help our customers make the right choice, for adventure and the planet, from choosing their kit to maintaining it and disposing of it responsibly too.

“We hope to encourage viewers to take this approach on their next adventure.”

Kendal Mountain Festival is on at Eden Court Theatre on the 13th May.
