Colin Mathieson (pictured) was planning to go on a local circular walk of Mallaig.
However, Colin has failed to return.
Colin is 71 years of age, 6ft tall, slim build, grey hair, wearing a black jacket, tartan scarf and a woollen Beanie hat.
Colin also has a white whippet puppy dog called Holly with him, which has a black and red collar with hearts on the side.
