Work carried out during the first quarter included improvements to kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems, alongside new insulation and windows.
The wider programme has delivered substantial improvements across Moray’s council housing since the middle of 2024.
A total of 365 heating installations have been completed, alongside 284 kitchen upgrades and 302 bathroom improvements.
Another 274 properties have received loft insulation improvements, while 261 internal wall insulation upgrades and 354 cavity wall insulation installations have been completed.
Solar technology is also becoming part of the programme, with 36 solar PV installations delivered so far.
Progress is continuing on bringing more homes into line with national housing standards.
More than 92% of council homes are now fully compliant with electrical certification requirements.
Compliance with the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing has reached almost 78%, with further improvements expected as current projects are completed.
One of the biggest areas of investment is Pinegrove in Elgin, where around £2.5 million is being spent during the current year.
Work there includes insulation, solar technology, heating improvements and kitchen upgrades.
The committee has also declared six vacant bedsits at Reidhaven House in Mid Street, Keith, surplus to requirements, with the properties now set to be put up for sale.

“We’re also seeing encouraging progress in improving compliance with national housing standards, and we’re committed to maintaining that momentum as we continue to invest in our homes and communities throughout the year.”
