Police are appealing for information after a car was stolen from a residential area in Shetland.
The theft happened overnight between Friday 13th of March and Saturday 14th of March 2026 in the Brentfield Park area.
A white Toyota hybrid C HR with the registration number SV75 KWT was taken during the incident.
Officers say enquiries are continuing as they work to establish the circumstances surrounding the theft.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area at the time to come forward.
They are also keen to hear from anyone who may have private CCTV or dash cam footage that could assist the investigation.
Constable Mirrin Siegel said officers are hoping members of the public may hold information that could help trace the vehicle.
“Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the theft to contact us.”
“We’d also ask anyone with private or dash cam footage that could assist our enquiries to come forward.”
