The SPFL has confirmed the fixtures and TV coverage for the last sixteen of this season’s Premier Sports Cup, with every match set to be shown live.

Holders Celtic begin their title defence at home to Falkirk on Friday 15 August, a repeat of last year’s quarter‑final, live on Premier Sports 1 with kick‑off at 7.45pm.

Rangers host Alloa Athletic the following evening on Saturday 16 August, also live on Premier Sports 1 at 5.45pm.

The draw for the quarter‑finals will follow straight after the match, with those ties scheduled for the weekend of 20 and 21 September.

Saturday afternoon brings four ties kicking off at 3pm, all streamed live on the Premier Sports Player.

Greenock Morton take on Aberdeen, Partick Thistle welcome Ayr United, St Johnstone face Motherwell and St Mirren meet Heart of Midlothian.

Two matches round off the last‑16 on Sunday 17 August. Kilmarnock host Dundee United and Livingston take on Hibernian, both at 3pm on the Premier Sports Player.

The later scheduling allows Dundee United and Hibernian to complete their UEFA qualifying commitments earlier in the week.

Alloa’s run to the last sixteen means their League 1 fixture with Kelty Hearts has been postponed, with a new date to be announced.

The quarter‑final draw will set up the path to Hampden, with the semi‑finals and final to follow later in the season.
