Motorcycle enthusiasts were treated to a feast of craftsmanship and style last month as Royal Enfield and iconic London jeweller The Great Frog unveiled their much-anticipated collaboration at the Bike Shed Moto Show in London.
The centrepiece of the partnership was a breathtaking custom Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 chopper, which drew admiring crowds across the weekend event.
Inspired by The Great Frog’s rock and roll heritage and deep ties to motorcycle culture, the one-of-a-kind machine combined bespoke design with raw attitude and timeless cool.
Alongside the striking motorcycle, visitors to the show were also treated to the debut of a limited edition handcrafted sterling silver ring and an exclusive apparel collection, created to reflect the shared ethos of both brands.
These pieces are now available to buy at The Great Frog’s flagship stores in London, Los Angeles and New York.
Mohit Dhar Jayal, Chief Brand Officer at Royal Enfield, spoke of the creative spirit behind the project.
“This collaboration with The Great Frog is a true celebration of counterculture and craftsmanship,” he said.
“The custom-built Brit chopper on the Super Meteor 650 is a work of art that embodies the spirit of riding with soul.
“It was a joy to see it so warmly received at Bike Shed London.”
Founded in 1972, The Great Frog has long been a favourite among rock legends and bikers, with its signature jewellery gracing icons such as Motörhead’s Lemmy and Metallica’s James Hetfield.
Creative Director Reino Lehtonen-Riley said the collaboration was about honouring heritage while pushing boundaries.
“Both The Great Frog and Royal Enfield have stood the test of time,” he said.
“For this project, we wanted to create a modern take on the early Brit chopper.
“Rather than simply recreating the past, we took the ethos of those early pioneers and used today’s technology to bring something new to life.
“We are immensely proud of the result.”
The Bike Shed Moto Show proved the perfect stage for this unique unveiling, with enthusiasts from across the country coming together to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship and the spirit of the open road.
