Royal Enfield has completed deliveries of its ultra-limited Shotgun 650 ICON Edition motorcycles in the UK, marking the end of a global release that saw just 100 units produced worldwide.
Only six of the custom-styled motorcycles were allocated to the UK, with the last two handed over this month, one at Drayton Croft Motorcycles in Hinckley and the final bike delivered through Sycamore Motorcycles in Peterborough.
The Shotgun 650 ICON Edition was created in collaboration with ICON Motosports, a custom and apparel brand known for its bold designs.
The limited-run machine takes its cues from ICON’s ‘Always Something’ custom build, which was first unveiled at EICMA 2024 before making appearances at top events like the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Wheels & Waves in France.

Just 100 ICON Editions were built in total: 6 for the UK, 26 for Europe, 26 for India, 17 for the Americas, and 25 for the Asia-Pacific region.
Riders were selected at random from online entries, adding to the sense of exclusivity.
Adrian Sellers, Head of Custom & Motorsport at Royal Enfield, said the project reflects the brand’s passion for individuality and heritage.
“It’s exciting to see these unique motorcycles finally arrive with their lucky owners,” he said.
“This was a very special project for us.
“Working with ICON Motosports allowed us to show off the potential of the Shotgun 650.
“The release underscores Royal Enfield’s commitment to creating special, distinctive motorcycles that resonate with our community.”
The Shotgun 650 ICON Edition features custom touches throughout, including gold-rimmed wheels, a limited ICON One Thousand colourway, bar-end mirrors, blue shock springs, and a red custom seat, all designed to channel ICON’s eye-catching aesthetic.
Each buyer also received a bespoke ICON jacket, designed to match the bike and made exclusively for the 100 owners.
The Shotgun 650 platform is built for adaptability, transforming from a single-seat bobber to a touring setup or two-up roadster with ease.
At its core is Royal Enfield’s 648cc parallel twin engine, tuned for real-world performance with strong mid-range torque and a low-slung chassis.
The bike’s Showa suspension, 320mm front and 300mm rear disc brakes, and wide tyres offer control and comfort in equal measure, making it as rideable as it is rare.
The ICON collaboration comes as Royal Enfield continues to explore new limited-edition models shaped by rider feedback and custom culture.
