Details of planned remedial works at Ruthven Bridge were presented by Highland Council Officers at a public meeting on Thursday 14 July 2022.
As a result of challenges in the production of the contract documents, the Highland Council has regrettably concluded that an on-site start date in Autumn 2022 is no longer possible.
The work will now be postponed until Spring 2023 – revised dates will be communicated in due course.
Officers continue to work towards resolving the outstanding challenges, including those raised by members of the community and local businesses.
