It is with much regret that the decision has been taken to cancel 19th Regiment Royal Artillery’s visit to Inverness and the Freedom Parade scheduled for 3pm on 26 March 2020.
This decision has been made in order to comply with the Scottish Government’s guidelines on restrictions on public gatherings to control the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.
This decision is extremely disappointing for the Regiment, however under circumstances we believe this is the appropriate action to take.
The Regiment is enormously grateful to everyone from the City who has supported us in the planning, resourcing and promotion of this event, and would like to thank everyone for their generosity and hospitality.
