The Scottish Professional Football League has confirmed arrangements for the final weekend of the 2025/26 William Hill Premiership season, alongside a key policy decision for the 2026/27 campaign.
Top six fixtures will take place on Saturday 16 May with a 12.30pm kick off, while bottom six matches are scheduled for Sunday 17 May with kick off times still to be confirmed.
The announcement provides early clarity for clubs and supporters ahead of what is expected to be a tightly contested end to the season.
Other post split rounds will be played across the weekends of 25 and 26 April, 2 and 3 May, and 9 and 10 May, with a midweek round scheduled for 12 and 13 May.
Post split fixtures and broadcast selections will be published as soon as possible following the completion of fixture round 33 on the weekend of 11 and 12 April.
The SPFL has also confirmed that clubs involved in a UEFA competition play off round next season will again be permitted to postpone their William Hill Premiership round three fixture without requiring the agreement of their opponents.
The policy received unanimous backing from the Competitions Working Group.
Clubs wishing to use the postponement option will be required to confirm their position by Friday 24 July, providing certainty ahead of the 2026/27 season kicking off on the weekend of 1 and 2 August.
Calum Beattie, Chief Operating Officer of the Scottish Professional Football League, said:
“We are pleased to be able to publish arrangements for the final weekend of the William Hill Premiership season.
“It promises to be an incredibly exciting run in and we look forward to watching it all unfold.
“We can also announce a continuation of the round three postponement policy that came into effect this season.
“This has been welcomed by clubs and, although the fixture calendar remains extremely congested, we want to give our European participants the best possible chance of reaching the league phase of UEFA competitions.”
