There’s something truly special about summer in the Highlands and at Dornoch Station, it’s being celebrated in style.

From indulgent spa days to unforgettable Highland feasts, this season brings a collection of moments made for lingering.

The Highland Spa Retreat is a standout.

This two-night stay blends rest and ritual, with a complimentary room upgrade, hearty breakfasts, and a delicious three-course dinner to welcome you on your first evening.

The heart of the experience is a visit to Aspen Spa in nearby Tain, where guests enjoy a one-hour Signature Massage, a health shot on arrival, a sparkling lunch, and full access to the outdoor swim spa, hot tub and sauna, with return transfers included.

You’ll finish your stay with a relaxed late checkout at 12pm.

At The Golden Gorse, the Taste the Highlands menu is a celebration of place and season.

This six-course tasting experience, at £90 per person, draws deeply from the Highland larder a culinary journey across land, sea and spirit.

The town’s vibrant summer calendar is equally inviting.

Every Saturday night, the stirring sounds of the Dornoch Pipe Band Parade fill the square, a much-loved tradition that runs through to September.

At Bar Ross, live music takes centre stage on the last Friday of every month, while Sundays are all about slow lunches with roast Scotch beef, goose-fat potatoes and indulgent puddings.

And come October, the Autumn Highland Festival brings two spirited weeks of food, whisky, music, golf and history, running from 23 October to 5 November.

Further south, Rusacks St Andrews offers a sparkling escape with Oysters & Champagne at 18.

Enjoy a chilled glass of champagne and a trio of oysters for £25, served with sweeping views of the Old Course and West Sands Beach.

From 11 to 17 August, all Marine & Lawn properties will be taking part in Afternoon Tea Week with a special offering two sparkling afternoon teas featuring seasonal treats, warm scones and a glass of fizz for £49.

On the Ayrshire coast, Marine Troon continues to shine as one of Scotland’s best spa destinations.

The Spa Break on the Coast includes a night’s stay with two 25-minute treatments, a nourishing breakfast and a choice of therapies from massages to salt scrubs.

This summer, the Highlands feel better than ever.

And with experiences like these, Dornoch Station is proving once again that the soul of Scotland is alive and well and ready to be savoured.
