Suzuki’s new industry leading 10 year motorcycle warranty is now available to riders across the Highlands, following the arrival of Suzuki Bikes at Dicksons of Inverness late last year.
The move, announced in December, marked a major change for Highland riders who have often had to travel significant distances to access official Suzuki sales, servicing and warranty backed support.
From December, Suzuki Bikes became available through Dicksons of Inverness, making the dealership the new official Suzuki motorcycle dealer for the Highlands.
The timing matters, because Suzuki has also introduced an industry leading warranty of up to 10 years across its motorcycle range, offering long term peace of mind at a time when reliability and running costs matter more than ever.
Under the scheme, Suzuki motorcycles can be covered for up to 10 years or 70,000 miles, provided they are serviced annually in line with the manufacturer schedule at an authorised Suzuki dealer.
The warranty does not apply only to new bikes, with used Suzuki models also able to qualify following a health check and service, even where there has been a break in the service history.
Suzuki says the extended warranty reflects confidence in the durability and engineering of its motorcycles, which range from practical commuters to adventure bikes and performance machines.
For riders in the Highlands, the arrival of Suzuki at Dicksons removes one of the biggest frustrations previously associated with ownership, the need to leave the region to access official servicing and warranty support.
