Award-winning Reids Bakery joins the line-up for Lidl’s Scottish Larder.

Bursting with the finest of flavours from over thirty of the nation’s top food and drink producers, the latest in-store promotion starts on 8 April.

The Thurso-based factory bakes a staggering 15million biscuits every year – that’s three pieces of shortbread for every Scot!

Managed by husband and wife duo Gary and Tracy Reid, the family-run bakery joins the Scottish Larder line-up with their delicious range of Scottish Shortbread and Oat Crumbles available from just £1.29.

Tracy Reid, Business Development Manager at Reids Bakery, said:

“Joining Lidl’s Scottish Larder alongside some of the country’s finest producers is a highlight for us.

“We’re passionate when it comes to bringing unique products to the bakery aisle.

“We believe attention to detail makes food taste incredible, which is why we use the very best ingredients and experiment with flavour combinations.”

Launching across Scottish stores from the 8th April, the Scottish Larder line-up also includes the nation’s favourite pakora maker, Mrs Unis.

The Edinburgh-based producer packs a flavour punch with its famous Haggis Pakora, for only £1.29.
