Moray Council’s Children Services Network and the Moray Pathways Local Employability Partnership are hosting a ‘Family Fest’ event on Thursday 19 September at Elgin Town Hall from 10am until 5pm.
The event will provide the workforce and public with updates on the progress of the Children Services Plan (CSP).
It will also raise awareness of organisations and services that support children, young people and families across Moray; and highlight the benefit of partnership working.
The morning session will run from 10am until 1pm and will be open to folk in Moray working with children, families and young people or in employability.
The session will focus on the CSP and the importance of the workforce’s role in its delivery.
The afternoon session from 2pm until 5pm is open to the wider public where they can learn about the diversity of services on offer for parents, children and young people throughout Moray.
A variety of activities for families to enjoy will be held across Elgin at the following locations:
Elgin Town Hall, Elgin Museum, the Fika centre and the Warehouse.
