XPENG UK has made its Scottish debut with a brand-new showroom opening, bringing Scottish drivers one step closer to the future of electric travel.
The sleek dealership, launched in partnership with Park’s Motor Group, is the latest stop on XPENG’s nationwide rollout of next-generation electric vehicles.
It’s the first site north of the border and a sign that Scotland is firmly on the EV map.
Scot’s can now get behind the wheel of the XPENG G6, a smart and stylish all-electric SUV made for the roads of today and tomorrow.
With smooth lines, clever tech and everyday practicality, the G6 is just as ready for the winding Highland routes as it is for city streets.
The showroom is a far cry from the traditional car dealership, swapping paper brochures for digital displays and kitted out with expert guides to help folk navigate XPENG’s intelligent ecosystem.
It’s designed for modern drivers who want a smoother, smarter experience from the moment they step through the door.
The team at Park’s XPENG say the buzz has been building since news of the G6’s arrival spread across the central belt and beyond.
Group Aftersales Director for the site says there’s been real excitement among Scottish drivers, who are already impressed by the quality, spec and value of the G6.
It’s not just a car, they say — it’s a statement of where motoring is headed.
This new site is part of a wider plan to open between 20 and 25 XPENG dealerships across the UK by the close of 2025.
That includes strategic aftersales hubs to make sure drivers from Inverness to Ipswich are well supported.
Chris Graham, Network Development Manager for XPENG UK, was on hand for the launch and hinted at more to come.
He said there’s strong interest from prospective dealers across the UK, but XPENG is taking its time to pick the right people and places.
Locations still open for consideration include Aberdeen and Edinburgh, showing XPENG’s commitment to giving Scottish drivers more options.
Graham stressed that the goal isn’t just expansion, but meaningful, well-paced growth with quality service at its core.
With electric vehicles gathering momentum in the Highlands and beyond, XPENG’s arrival feels like a timely jolt of energy.
Scotland’s roads — from coastal curves to glens and glades — are ready for a new generation of driving.
And with the G6 now within reach, that future just pulled up at the kerb.
