Aviemore Recruitment Event Offers Jobs Within a Week

Aviemore’s Cairngorm Hotel will host a speed recruitment event on Tuesday 28 April, offering guaranteed interviews and the chance for local people to secure a job within a week.

The open day will run from 4pm to 7pm, with anyone bringing a CV guaranteed a 10 minute interview before the end of the evening.

The event is designed to fast track hiring ahead of the busy 2026 visitor season, with potential offers made within seven days.

A range of roles are available including supervisory and management positions alongside front of house, restaurant, kitchen and housekeeping jobs.

Both full time and part time roles are on offer, with seasonal positions also available.

The event is open to everyone, including school leavers, students and those currently seeking work, with local groups and agencies also invited to take part.

Attendees will have the chance to meet staff, take a behind the scenes tour and learn more about career progression at the hotel.

Delia Keating said:

“We have a range of live-out positions available which will suit people from within the local community.

“It is a chance for people to come along, enjoy a free drink in an informal atmosphere, learn about the roles and opportunities and, potentially, leave with a very good chance of a job and future career.

“The hotel is under new ownership, staff are given competitive pay, flexible working and incentives such as bonuses and free staff meals.

“We invest in our staff and we are constantly looking at ways to improve working culture.

“It would mean a lot to us to have committed local people working here and being part of what we are building at the Cairngorm Hotel.”

The initiative reflects growing demand for hospitality workers across the Highlands as the summer season approaches.
