Ben Nevis Holiday Park has been named the Best Large Relax and Explore destination in Scotland for the third consecutive year, marking another proud moment for the Camaghael site on the outskirts of Fort William.

The award was presented by Hoseasons at the company’s nineteenth annual ceremony, an event that brings together hundreds of operators, suppliers and industry partners to recognise the highest performing destinations across the UK staycation sector.

This year’s accolade reflects consistently strong guest satisfaction scores throughout the 2025 season and reinforces the park’s reputation as one of the Highlands’ most welcoming and reliable holiday destinations.

Andrew Campbell, Director at Ben Nevis Holiday Park, said:

“We are very proud of this award.

“Our team always goes above and beyond to make sure our guests have a fantastic break when they stay with us, so it’s brilliant to see that hard work recognised in this way.”

The park forms part of Hoseasons’ Bouja collection, a range of boutique locations designed to offer a modern and comfortable take on traditional British getaways, often in areas known for their scenery and outdoor appeal.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of Ben Nevis and positioned close to Loch Linnhe, the park continues to attract visitors from across the UK and beyond, many of whom return year after year to enjoy both the location and the consistently high standard of service.

Neil Davies, Director of Commercial and Business Development at Hoseasons, said:

“The team at Ben Nevis Holiday Park really are incredibly worthy winners of this award.

“They always go the extra mile to delight our customers, something which is clearly reflected in their excellent review scores.

“We are grateful for their continuing partnership and wish them all the very best for another great year in 2026.”

The success of the park comes at a time when the Highlands remains one of the most popular staycation destinations in the country, driven by a renewed appreciation for outdoor escapes and family friendly holidays in settings rich with natural character.

Fort William’s long standing status as the outdoor capital of the UK continues to draw climbers, walkers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts throughout the year, supporting the wider tourism economy and reinforcing Lochaber’s appeal.

Ben Nevis Holiday Park’s recognition highlights the importance of sustained investment in facilities and guest care, as well as the role holiday parks play in supporting local employment and suppliers across the region.

For travellers planning their 2026 breaks, the award offers a clear signal that the park remains one of the top choices for visitors seeking comfort, space and access to the best of the Highlands.
