Their Early Learning Centre (ELC) settings are varied in size due to the rural and urban settings.

Highland Council are currently recruiting for qualified and unqualified staff; people with experience of working with young children and people seeking a new career; young people with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Working in the Early Learning environment, you can expect to support children to learn through play whilst nurturing them to grow and develop, allowing a child centred approach whilst tracking their learning journey.

The Highland Council is a real wage accredited employer, offering a competitive salary with an incremental and annual pay review.

Contracts are term time, with contracted hours and annual leave.
