Wedding suppliers from across the Highlands are being invited to take part in the third annual Highland Wedding Fair, hosted by Highland Registrars.

The event will take place on Sunday 15 February 2026 at the Highland Archive and Registration Centre on Bught Road in Inverness.

Public access to the Wedding Fair will run from 11.00am to 3.00pm, with suppliers able to access the venue from 9.00am.

The fair is aimed at businesses working across the wedding sector, including venues, photographers, florists, caterers, musicians, and bridal services.

Supplier tables are priced at £50.00, with complimentary refreshments provided throughout the day.

Free on site parking will also be available for all attending suppliers.

Organisers say the event has grown year on year and has become a key date in the Highland wedding calendar.

The Wedding Fair is organised by Highland Registrars, part of Highland Council.

Highland Council’s Chief Registrar, Lesley Gray, said the team is pleased to be hosting the event for a third consecutive year.

“We are now into our third year of hosting this event and are delighted to once again offer suppliers a table at the Wedding Fair being held at the Highland Archive and Registration Centre in Inverness.”

She said demand from suppliers has already been strong ahead of the 2026 event.

“We are already taking repeat bookings from a wide range of suppliers to the 2026 Wedding Fair to kick start another busy year of weddings in the Highlands.

“Tables are booking up quickly, so I would encourage any interested suppliers to contact the Registration Service as soon as possible to secure their place and join us on the day.”

The fair will be spread across the ground floor of the purpose built Highland Archive and Registration Centre.

Supplier tables will be located within the two large ceremony suites as well as the main foyer area.

Facilities for suppliers will include level access throughout the venue and free guest WiFi.

Some stall spaces will also have access to power points.

Organisers say the venue offers excellent ease of access for loading and unloading.

The Highland Archive and Registration Centre is designed specifically for ceremonies and public events, making it well suited to hosting wedding focused exhibitions.

The Wedding Fair is expected to attract couples planning weddings across Inverness and the wider Highlands.

Public entry to the event on Sunday 15 February 2026 will be free of charge.

Suppliers wishing to book a table are being advised to act quickly due to high demand.

Suppliers can book a table at the Highland Registrars’ Wedding Fair by emailing: registration@highland.gov.uk

The Highland Archive and Registration Centre is located on Bught Road, Inverness, IV3 5SS.
