Landmark Slashes Summer Ticket Prices as Major New Attraction Nears Opening

Families planning a summer day out in the Highlands could save money this year after one of Scotland’s best known visitor attractions announced a reduction in ticket prices.

Landmark Forest Adventure Park near Aviemore has revealed that both adult and child admission prices will be reduced by £3 throughout the summer holiday period.

The move follows the reintroduction of the UK Government’s temporary VAT reduction scheme for visitor attractions, with Landmark saying it wants families to benefit directly from the savings.

The park has also unveiled a new Summer Holiday Pass which allows unlimited visits throughout the school holidays.

Priced at £60 for adults and £58 for children, the pass costs less than two separate day tickets and is being promoted as one of the best value offers the attraction has introduced.

The announcement comes ahead of a major expansion due to open in July.

At the centre of the new development is Temple Rush, described as Scotland’s first six lane toboggan raceway, alongside new bouncing pillows, play areas and family attractions.

Located within the Cairngorms National Park, Landmark welcomes around 180,000 visitors each year and has built a reputation as one of Scotland’s leading family attractions.

The park was recently recognised by consumer group Which?, which named it among the UK’s top visitor attractions for 2026.

Landmark was ranked within the top ten family attractions across the UK and was one of the highest rated adventure parks in the country.

General Manager Ross Coulter said:

“Family days out can place a significant strain on household budgets, particularly during the summer holidays.

“We wanted to ensure that families benefit directly from the temporary VAT reduction by lowering our ticket prices and creating an additional value option through our new Summer Holiday Pass.

“This summer is shaping up to be one of the most exciting in Landmark’s history.

“We’ve recently been recognised by Which? as one of the UK’s top attractions, we’re preparing to open a major new area of the park, and we’re reducing prices to make it easier for families to visit.

“We hope as many people as possible will come and experience everything that Landmark has to offer.”

Landmark offers a wide range of attractions including the Wild Water Coaster, aerial net adventures, high ropes courses, Dinosaur Kingdom and the Butterfly House.

Unlike many visitor attractions, access to all rides and experiences is included within the admission price.

With lower ticket prices, unlimited visit passes and a major new attraction set to open, Landmark is hoping to make this one of its busiest summers yet.
