In a report published by the Scottish Government this week, NHS 24 has scored highly in several categories for patient facing boards in the iMatter Health and Social Care Staff Experience Survey 2024, while also recording their best results since the survey was introduced in 2017.
87% of NHS 24 respondents agreed that their organisation was a good place to work – making them the highest scoring national patient facing board and 2% higher than the national average of 85%.
