Bikezar Official Opening Weekend Set to Bring Motorsport and Music to Inverness

Bikezar will host its official opening weekend in Inverness on Saturday 25 April, with a packed event that builds on a strong start for the new motorcycle hub.

The venue is already up and running and gaining momentum locally, but this weekend marks its formal launch with a full programme designed to bring the Highland bike community together.

The event will run from 4pm to 8pm and is being delivered by Dicksons of Inverness as part of its continued investment in the region’s motorcycle scene.

Motorsport legend Steve Parrish will headline the evening, sharing stories from a career that spans professional racing and broadcasting.

Live music will come from Punching Elvis, with food available from Forbes Farm Fresh throughout the event.

Visitors will also have the chance to win a Knockhill track day, adding to what is expected to be a lively and well attended evening.

The opening weekend continues on Sunday 26 April with the Ullapool Chippy Run.

Around 100 riders are expected to set off from Bikezar at 11:30am, travelling together to Ullapool in a coordinated ride.

On arrival, riders will be treated to fish and chips provided by The Seaforth Chippy.

The weekend is being positioned as more than a launch, with organisers keen to establish Bikezar as a long term hub for motorcycle culture, events and community across the Highlands.
