Conon Bridge Development Site Put Up for Sale After Company Enters Liquidation

HPG (Inverness) Limited has entered liquidation with a major mixed use development site in Conon Bridge now being brought to market.

Richard Bathgate of Johnston Carmichael was appointed interim liquidator on 7 May 2026.

The company holds two land titles at the Land Register of Scotland covering around 2.8 hectares or 6.9 acres in Conon Bridge.

The site previously received planning consent for a mixed use development consisting of 72 residential properties alongside three commercial units.

The land is now being marketed with expressions of interest invited from developers and investors.

Bathgate said:

“Our immediate priority is to realise the value of the company’s assets.

“The development site at Conon Bridge is a substantial opportunity for residential and commercial growth in the Highlands.

“We want to hear from parties who can take this project forward.”

The proposed development site sits within an area where demand for housing and commercial space has continued to grow as pressure increases across Highland communities.

Conon Bridge has seen ongoing development interest in recent years due to its location near Dingwall and Inverness alongside transport links through the wider Ross-shire area.

Parties interested in purchasing the site should contact Allison Shand at Johnston Carmichael’s Aberdeen office on 01224 212 222 or at allison.shand@jcca.co.uk

Creditors of HPG (Inverness) Limited should submit claims and direct enquiries to Raegan Main on 01224 212 222 or at raegan.main@jcca.co.uk
