Suppliers in the wedding industry are invited to take part in the second Highland Registrars’ Wedding Fair, set to be held on Sunday 9 February 2025.
The event will take place at the Highland Archive and Registration Centre in Inverness, with doors open to the public from 11am to 3pm.
Building on the success of last year’s debut fair, the event promises to showcase a diverse range of suppliers and help couples plan their perfect day.
Chief Registrar Lesley Gray expressed her excitement about hosting the event again, highlighting its popularity with both suppliers and the public.
“Following our first well-attended Wedding Fair last year, we’re thrilled to offer suppliers another opportunity to connect with couples planning their big day,” she said.
“All couples, regardless of whether they choose a registrar-led ceremony, must engage with the Registration Office for the legal preliminaries to marriage, ensuring this event attracts plenty of interest.”
She also noted the strong response from suppliers, with repeat bookings already coming in as the 2025 wedding season approaches.
The Highland Archive and Registration Centre offers an elegant setting, with two large ceremony suites and a spacious foyer available for suppliers to display their services.
Facilities include free parking, easy access for loading and unloading, level access throughout, free guest Wi-Fi, and select spaces equipped with power points.
Suppliers looking to book a stand are encouraged to act quickly, as space is limited and interest is high following last year’s successful event.
