Online enrolment is now open for all Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) providers, including local authority nurseries, partner settings, and commissioned childminders.
The enrolment period runs from Monday 10 February to Friday 14 February 2025, allowing parents and carers to secure a place for their child.
Children born between 1 March 2021 and 28 February 2023 are eligible for a funded ELC place.
Parents can complete the online enrolment process and access information about catchment areas, Gaelic Medium education, school transport, and placing requests by visiting www.highland.gov.uk/enrol
Once enrolled, the chosen setting will contact parents to arrange the necessary induction for their child.
For those without internet access, paper copies of the enrolment form can be requested directly from the ELC setting during enrolment week.
Parents and carers are encouraged to contact their preferred setting by phone to learn more about the services available.
