A spellbinding journey through the life and art of Vincent van Gogh is coming to Aberdeen this summer.
Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience will open at P&J Live from 12 July to 10 August.
Visitors will step inside a mesmerising world where the Dutch master’s iconic paintings swirl to life.
Following a record-breaking Scottish debut in Glasgow, which welcomed 50,000 visitors, the show now arrives in the north-east with thousands of advance tickets already sold.
The experience invites guests to wander through more than 300 of Van Gogh’s works, accompanied by a specially curated musical score.
Famous pieces including The Starry Night, Sunflowers and Café Terrace at Night are brought vividly to life through cutting-edge projection.
It is a deeply moving experience that takes visitors on a journey from darkness to light.
Even those unfamiliar with Van Gogh’s art will find this an inspiring and accessible way to connect with his story.
Guests begin in the Introduction Hall, where they encounter Van Gogh’s heartfelt letters to his brother, Theo.
The journey then moves into the Immersive Room, where paintings burst free of their frames and flow across walls and floors.
Visitors are enveloped in a dreamlike world of colour, light and sound.
Beyond Van Gogh has already captivated more than seven million people worldwide.
The Glasgow run earned five-star reviews and saw demand so high the show was extended by three weeks.
Aberdeen’s P&J Live is the first UK venue to host the experience in 2025.
A series of special yoga and Pilates sessions will take place inside the exhibition, allowing participants to stretch and relax surrounded by Van Gogh’s luminous work.
Spaces for yoga have already sold out, with Pilates classes also proving hugely popular.
For those inspired to pick up a brush themselves, a ‘Paint and Sip’ evening will offer a relaxed session where guests can create their own artwork, guided by local artists.
Family-friendly ticket options are available, and younger visitors can enjoy a dedicated drawing and colouring area.
VIP packages include flexible entry, fast-track access and exclusive merchandise.
