Leading Scottish marketing firm Planit Scotland has secured four high profile contracts with clients across the UK.
The new contract wins, totalling five figures, will see Planit Scotland – based in Inverness and Aberdeen – add over 100 hours of work each month to its diverse client portfolio, ranging from internationally-acclaimed sporting events to award-winning professional services providers.
The team will provide marketing, PR, digital advertising and social media support to the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon and Festival of Running; enable.services; and Tweed Wealth Management and Tweed Business Advisory.
Managing director Cecilia Grigor said:
“During the last year, Planit Scotland has experienced incredible growth and we are thrilled to welcome the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon, enable.services, Tweed Wealth Management and Tweed Business Advisory to the Planit family.
“As we have invested in our team, we have grown our service offering and now boast a team of in-house experts that are each highly specialised in their areas of expertise.
“With our team working remotely, we are perfectly placed to work with clients wherever they are based.
“These new contracts alone will see us working in Inverness, Edinburgh and Suffolk – joining our existing clients across the UK and Europe.”
Joe Bushnell, global sales & marketing director at enable.services said:
“We recognise much of ourselves in Planit Scotland: we share a work ethic, a personal approach, and value long-lasting relationships with our clients.
“Having previously assisted Planit Scotland with their monday.com implementation, we knew the team and knew they shared our way of thinking.
“When we decided to employ a marketing agency, we knew that shared vision was vital to our success.
“With a larger corporation we might just have been another number, but with Planit Scotland we receive tailored marketing support with a personal touch.
“We’re delighted to see Planit Scotland become an integral part of the extended enable.services family.”
The new contracts come at a time of expansion for Planit Scotland, which has grown its team by 125% in the last year to meet rising demand for its award-winning marketing, advertising, PR and events support.
Caroline Sutherland of the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon said:
“We’re really looking forward to working with Planit Scotland to spread the word about this year’s Baxters Loch Ness Marathon.
“Planit Scotland is a one-stop shop for marketing support, giving us one reliable point of contact and meaning we don’t have to engage multiple suppliers.
“From supporting our digital advertising strategy to social media content management and a national PR campaign, Planit Scotland is enabling us to reach the people we need to, wherever they are.”
Alison Welsh, co-founder of Tweed Wealth Management, added:
“We chose Planit Scotland to assist us with our marketing because of the good things we have heard about them from other SMEs in the Highlands and Islands.
“We are a growing business, and working with other growing businesses who have the same work ethic and growth plans as us is a core value.
“Planit Scotland’s service provision is diverse, and the support they provide us changes on a weekly basis.
“It is very important for us to work with a team that is flexible and can adapt quickly, and that has multiple skills across the vast array of marketing disciplines.”
Earlier this year, Planit Scotland was named in the top three online advertising providers in the UK by Microsoft – and was the only team in Scotland to be recognised.
Ms Grigor added:
“When I founded Planit Scotland a little under eight years ago, the business landscape was very different.
“From our beginnings as an outsourced PA service to now being one of the country’s leading marketing teams, one thing has remained consistent: our commitment to supporting our clients with whatever they are facing.
“Although we work remotely across the country, we still have a very collaborative approach – both within our team and with our clients, and always strive to do our best for them.
“We don’t think of ourselves as external contractors.
“Instead, we’re an extension of our clients’ internal teams – and they know that we are here for them to celebrate the wins and graft alongside them in times of need.”
